Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. Therefore I ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to amend, reschedule or cancel your appointment. 

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost precious time and money.

If I receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation I will charge 30% of the missed treatment cost. 

If I receive less than 24 hours notice of cancellation I will charge 50% of the missed treatment cost.

If a part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) booked will remain payable upon departure, as time will have been allocated for your appointment.
